  1. Returns Eligibility
  • Products can be returned only under the following conditions:
    • Wrong product delivered.
    • Product received in damaged condition (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery).
    • Product found to be defective on arrival (DOA) as certified by HP authorized service.
  1. Conditions for Return
  • Return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be in original condition, with all packaging, accessories, manuals, and invoice intact.
  • Products that are physically damaged after delivery, mishandled, or used improperly will not be eligible for return.
  1. Non-Returnable Items
  • Software, antivirus, open-box products, and customized configurations.
  • Products purchased under special schemes, employee programs, or clearance sales.
  1. Return Process
  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support at support@uniquec.com or call us at +91-9036003800 with your order number and reason for return.
  • Upon approval, our team will coordinate pickup or guide you through the return procedure.
  • In the case of HP-branded products, return/replacement will be as per HP India policy and service center validation.
  1. Refunds
  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-10 working days via the original method of payment.
  • Shipping or handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.
  1. Exchange Policy
  • Product exchanges are subject to availability and approval.
  • If an exchange is not possible, a refund or credit note may be issued.
