 Job Purpose:

To plan and carry out Tele marketing/sales activities, so as to maintain and develop sales major accounts and specifies, in accordance with agreed business plans.

  • Generate Database
  • Cold Calling
  • Preparing Quotations.
  • Maintain Just Dial/Sulekha Database
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
  • Understand and manage personal performance on a daily basis
  • Act as a representative of the client and represent their interests at all times
  • Use company script guidelines appropriately and follow detailed briefs to conduct calls
  • Take care of direct walk-in/enquiries (If Require)
  • Profit/Target Oriented

 

Job Description: Showroom Promoter/Manager

  • Handle the direct walk-in customers/Enquiries
  • Understands customer needs/requirements and displays and/or demonstrates products (Laptops, Desktop, Printers etc or any other Value added services)
  • Discuss with the customer and based on the situation, up-sells cross sells and quotes correct prices and payment terms.
  • Prepare invoices by collecting and documenting all necessary information to ensure customer expectations are met.
  • Explains the details of the invoice and clarifies any doubts of the customer.
    Accurately enters new customer data and other sales data for all the customers who walk in to the showroom
  • Update yourself on product knowledge/ New Models of products and trends.
  • Involving in Activities (Ex: Banner, Pamphlets…etc )
  • Maintain Just Dial Database (Incoming/Outgoing)
  • Maintain Stock Report on Weekly Basis.
  • Take In-Charge of complete Showroom
  • Profit/Target Oriented
