- Should have excellent Communication – Written & Verbal, analyzing skills, able to multi-task, well versed with MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Internet Search.
- Work successfully in a team environment as well as independently and be flexible with working hours
- Prepare Proposal and send to customer via email
- Answer telephone calls from potential customers who are responding to advertisements
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with all customers
- Showroom Promoter/Manager(Male/Female) – 1
- 2 Years of relevant work experience
- Handle the direct walk-in customers/Enquiries
- Understands customer needs/requirements and displays and/or demonstrates products (Laptops, Desktop, Printers etc or any other Value added services)
- Discuss with the customer and based on the situation, up-sells cross sells and quotes correct prices and payment terms.
- Take In-Charge of complete Showroom
- Account Assistant (Female) – 1
- 2 Years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Tally ERP-9 and Ms-Excel
- Good Knowledge about accounts with GST
- Pleasing Attitude-Ready to learn Can work with minimal supervision
- Delivery Boy / Office Assistant(Male) – 2
- 2 Years of relevant work experience
- Two Wheeler with Valid driving license issued by the state
- Location awareness, willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures, and transportation laws.
- Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
- Pleasing Attitude-Ready to learn Can work with minimal supervision
- Strong time management and customer service skills.
- Hardware & Networking Field Engineer(Male) – 1
- 2 Years of relevant work experience
- Ability to work under stress, Patience & Time Management
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Implementation, supporting, Maintaining & Troubleshooting of Windows (XP,Vista,7,8.1,10, 2003 server, 2008 server, Ubuntu server & all Latest Version).
- Installing and configuring Switches, and Routers.
- Designing structured cable networks, troubleshooting LAN, WAN etc.,
- Remote support for different location
- Troubleshooting various network problems like port enabling, crimping. Etc.,
